How It Works

1. Processing TPE Fiber – TPE raw materials undergo various treatment processes for their conversion into fine fiber forms for further processing by means of the air dispersion method.

2. Airlaid Web Formation – Uniform distribution of fibers onto a moving conveyor belt with the help of a certain airflow.

3. Bonding & Stabilization – Bonding or stabilization of the fiber web may be performed through thermal or mechanical bonding methods.

4. Final Processing & Winding – Finished nonwoven TPE fabric is wound up, cut, and then ready for shipping.
