What should we prepare for the Machine?

You should prepare the raw materials, workshop, water and electric lines, and compressed air(if necessary, I can help you buy an air compressor). We will supply you with a workshop layout drawing.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?

Our factory is in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. You can fly to Qingdao Airport. When you confirm the flight number and time, please tell me, and we will pick you up at the Airport.
If my machine can not work when I receive it, what will your factory do?

First of all, do not worry about the thing, we will test the machine before shipment. And if it happens, we will send our engineer to your factory to repair the machine.
